Legal
Returns
restoqed. is not selling products yet. This page describes how returns are intended to work once the service is live.
Right of withdrawal
European consumers generally have a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases. restoqed. intends to follow that legal minimum as the baseline for returns.
Sealed personal-care and hygiene products that have been opened may be excluded from return for health and hygiene reasons, as permitted by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a delivery arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the intention is to resolve it with a replacement or a refund, without requiring the item to be returned where that is not practical.
Skipping instead of returning
Because restoqed. plans deliveries around your expected run-out dates, the simplest way to avoid unwanted stock is to skip or delay a delivery in your routine before it is prepared.
Cancelling the subscription
The membership is intended to be cancellable at any time. Cancelling stops future replenishments; deliveries already prepared follow the standard return rules above.
